Printing from Adobe Acrobat (PDF files)

Step 1: Please open the document and click ‘Print’

Step 2: Click on ‘Properties’.

Step 3: Click on ‘Page Setup’ and change the Page Size to ‘A3’.

Step 4: Click on ‘Finishing’.

Step 5: Change the Print Style to ‘Booklet Printing’.

 Step 6: Change the Saddle Stitch Setting to ‘Fold + Saddle Stitch’.

 Step 7: Click on ‘Ok’

Step 8: Click on ‘Print’

 

 

Printing from Office Apps (word, excel)

Step 1: Please open the document and click ‘File’

 Step 2: Click on ‘Print’.

Step 3: Click on ‘Printer Properties’.

Step 4: Click on ‘Page Setup’ and change the Page Size to ‘A3’.

Step 5: Click on ‘Finishing’.

Step 6: Change the Print Style to ‘Booklet Printing’.

Step 7: Change the Saddle Stitch Setting to ‘Fold + Saddle Stitch’.

Step 8: Click on ‘Ok’

 Step 9: Click on ‘Print’

 

  Please Don't Forget to change back the Printer Settings back to normal once all your printing job is finished, otherwise, it will keep printing files in Booklet.
