The guide below will walk you through connecting to the school's WiFi network
Onboarding your device to the school's network
Forget "Pittwater" network
This step - if you're at the school only- at home go to the step 2
Step 1: Click the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar, right-click ‘Pittwater’, and select the option ‘Forget’.
Connect to WiFi
Step 2: Connect to your Home Wi-Fi. If you are in school, connect to ‘Wi-Fi Connect’ as shown below.
Step 3: Open the link: https://onboard.tphs.nsw.edu.au, Agree and click ‘Start’
Step 4: Choose ‘Staff & Students’
Step 5: Sign-in with your school email and password if asked.
Step 6: Click ‘Continue’
Step 7: Click on "Download.exe for Windows". It will download file for Windows.
Step 8: Choose to keep the file
Step 9: Open the downloaded file.
Step 10: Click on "More info".
Step 11: Click on "Run anyway".
Step 12: Wait until the process is completed.
Step 13: Click ‘Yes’
The certificate is installed, and your device is configured for the school's network.
You can close the window.
Your device should now connect to the network "Pittwater" in the school automatically.

Please check the internet connection by opening any website. If you are unable to connect to the internet, contact IT.
