Basic Print and Release

 


1. Select “Follow me Colour or B&W”. Be sure to double check your page setup and print settings.

If you do not have these printers, please log a ticket with ITSupport@tphs.nsw.edu.au

2. Check your basic print settings before pressing print.

Please note: Print jobs will be held for only 24 hours. After 24 hours they will be removed from the queue.

3. Attend to any printer and swipe your ID card to unlock the printer.

Please note: On B&W devices, Colour Jobs will display but will no print. If you attempt to print colour on a B&W device your job will disappear.

 

You can also log on with your school details. Type your Fname.Lname and the same password you use for you school account.

 

Forgot your card? There is a notice posted near or around the printer with a QR code. Please follow the instructions posted to release print jobs via your phone.

 

If your unable to find your card, please see IT and we can print you a new card.

4. You will have 3 options. Press “Print Release”

You will then see your print jobs. Select the jobs you wish to print then press “Print”. Alternatively, you can press release all.

The print will start printing as set from the print settings.

 

If there are any incorrect settings your job will not print and will disappear. It’s very important to be sure your print and page setup are correct.
